PAYMENT OF ORDER..
a) Customers are required to pay in full online or 50% in store on the date of ordering dresses and accessories.
b) No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment of the order has been fulfilled.
ALL DRESSES REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF LITTLE BETTY'S BOUTIQE UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
c) Customers should retain their sales contracts, and any other receipts as proof of purchase, and be sure to have read this TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOTICE and fully understand its requirements.
Little Betty's Boutique has such terms to protect its business regardless of your circumstance.
d) All made to order items purchased are non-returnable/refundable. Ready to post items we offer 30 day credit note or exchange .
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS..
a) Customers who cancel their sales contract are NOT entitled to a refund of ANY monies already paid upto and including the cancellation date.
Please be aware that once dresses are ordered minimum cancellation periods from suppliers apply to little Betty's and under NO circumstances can this be changed.
Dress orders will still have to be paid for in FULL if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason ,costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to little Betty's regardless of ANY circumstance.
SALE DRESSES/ACCESSORIES BOUGHT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR ANY MONIES REFUNDED. SOLD AS SEEN.
a) Dresses are ordered from our dress maker in standard sizes. Please be aware that dress sizes are different to that of high street sizes. Please refer to size guide online .
Please note : Dresses are MADE TO ORDER . Measurments taken in store are given to our dress maker at the time of ordering . Adjustments may still be needed as children can change size very quickley .
After the sales order contact has been signed and order placed , Little Betty's CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the Customers size .
a) The price of garments EXCLUDES all costs in respect of alterations or fitting work howsoever we can recommend a good reputable seamstress locally .
NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS.
a) If customers do not collect their goods past 4 month of ordering then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded.
a) Little Betty's is not able to guarantee the colour matching of individual flowergirls unless the order for all garments is placed all on the same order date .
Colour matching is more difficult when garments are ordered at different dates there will be a better chance that all the garments will match if cut from the same fabric roll.
b) Little Betty's is unable to guarantee fabric swatch matches with instore garments due to fabric changes .
Swatch pictures should be regarded as indication only.
This applies to all fabrics,laces,beading,and any other trimmings or embellishments.
a) Little Betty's is a Cheshire based children's bridal store we do not claim to make any garments on the premises we use a reputable dress maker exclusive to our store . We are very aware of cheap copies on the market & would like to make our customers aware that they are getting great value for money and using a high quality service and the best fabrics . All items on our website are true pictures taken in store .
TURN AROUND TIME
We suggest ordering 4 months before events and give a lead time of made to order garments at 8 to 10 weeks . WE WILL NOT be able to refund if you do not leave correct amount of time . Once money is handed over and suppliers are paid we can not be held liable & under no condition refund . Deposits are non- refundable. DO NOT ORDER EXACTLY to the deadline date incase you may need to take your dress for alliterations .
